This location seriously needs new management. Every time I come here my order is made wrong and the employees act like they do not care. Looking through the reviews, it’s obvious this has been happening to many people for a long time and nobody responds or fixes anything. Customers are tired of spending money just to deal with bad service and careless workers over and over again.

I received notifications that my order was ready for pickup at this specific location in Chicago, IL, I was sitting in my office in Texas. So I tried to contact this location several times and to my surprise no answer! The orders were picked up by someone that was not me. I have filed a police report for identity theft, pretty sure an employee at this location is responsible for this since nobody will answer the phone at this location. BEWARE!!

The sandwich was good, but they do not hold up on deal orders. In the window it says 6 inch certain subs are $3.99 and I got two and instead of abiding by that, the lady worker decides to charge me for a foot-long, which was an extra three dollars and change. Hold up to y’all deals stop trying to overcharge and get over on people.
