I called and she told me wrong number and hung up.

Wow just wow. Made an online order and every single time they mess up the order or doesn't follow the instructions. All this time I kept quiet but this time I was just fed up. I ordered a club sandwich which has bacon and they forgot to toast it and they forgot to put cheese. I called the store to make a complaint about it, asking them how they can give a bacon sandwich without toasting it. The lady kept arguing she toasted and put cheese in it. I told her I want to make a complaint to the manager and she just hung up the phone on me. Forget apologizing for not making the sandwich appropriately, but hanging up the phone like it's not her problem is ridiculous. If you are ok with eating raw bacon, then go ahead and order from this rude place.

I have been coming there for over 2 years. By now they always know what I want and how to make it. I have never had a problem with freshness or being overcharged. The person who is there during daylight hours (he is literally always there) is nice, welcoming, and friendly. I used to have bad experience with Subway occasionally, but never with this location.

Friendly regular workers. The night shift employee does his job, however I wish they seemed happier.
