  DON’T go here. They refuse to make your food even after you paid for it. I submitted a mobile order from my car so when I walked through the hospital, it’d be ready by the time I walked past subway. I walked slow and gave ample time for it to be made. I made it to subway almost 10 minutes after submitting order. Doesn’t take that long to make a simple 6 inch sub when there’s no one else in the store. I get there, cashier said “no mobile order 🤷🏻‍♀️” and throws his hands up. I said “no, I submitted one almost like 10 or more minutes ago. And already paid for it.” I proceeded to show him the order from my app and my wallet app where I already paid. Still refused to give me order. So I had to call my bank to get the charge refunded since I was refused service. Very rude employees. See time stamps for proof.

  Review written 2/18/2026. Didn’t change gloves between roast beef sub and my veggie sub. Also they refused to take off a $2 coupon on the app with barcode to scan even though I read the terms and conditions and mine should have qualified. And person in front of me and myself had to both keep asking for “more” of each topping because they were putting tiny amounts It was tasty i guess but bread was too airy and dry This is located on the 2nd floor of the Galter building at Northwestern hospital

  The Subway workers are very unprofessional at this location, I wouldn't recommend to go to this location, they give you attitude as soon as you walk in the door. I wish I can give it 0 stars but I gave it 1 star, trained your employees to be respectful to customers.

  They won't even make exceptions for patients diets. Didn't even get food left and the people that run it are EXTREMELY RUDE.
