  The sandwhich was great and the service was excellent but the a/c doesn't work and that was upsetting Won't be back unless they address this.

  Manager on duty cancelled our order in front of us because we used a BOGO coupon from the app. He insisted "the system canceled it itself" and I pressed, saying: well it processed on our app so if I'm not getting refunded automatically then can you just take the order? I then WATCHED this man enter into his terminal screen, and then suddenly we get a "the store has cancelled your order" email. Don't know if he was trying to double-dip on orders, or simply wanted to have two sandwich orders instead of a BOGO for the extra income (being a franchise and all), but it was so baffling and rude that we left and went to Crave Kabob next door. Save yourself the bad service of this particular Subway and go elsewhere. Note to the owner: the Subway app notes specifically which stores opt out of deals. Maybe correct your staff, or adjust your location's coupon-redemption options so your team doesn't cancel orders in front of other customers' faces.

  They have 10% off for students and faculty... you must have your ID. It's a good deal for a subway lovers.
