  I strongly do not recommend this Subway. One of the employees the African lady is extremely rude, aggressive, and not welcoming at all. She shows absolutely no respect toward customers and even goes as far as insulting them. Customers come to spend their money and should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The customer service here was honestly terrible. Management should seriously address this employee’s behavior and take customer complaints seriously. As for me, I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of professionalism.

  Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location. The lady is rude & rushes you to get your order out. Just stares at you, even when you smile at them you can’t get a smile out of them. Was told I couldn’t modify my sandwich, makes 0 sense as it’s “build your own” and toppings are free. Even with an extra charge it would’ve been fine, gave me no option. Sad, used to be a pretty cool location as I’ve lived in BP my entire life. Sad what it’s coming to lol. If you don’t like your job & can’t work in customer service, find a new one.

  I stopped by this morning to buy breakfast. As soon as I walked in, I stated that I wanted a beef sandwich, but no one paid any attention to me. After I waited for a moment, a hideous-looking woman finally came over to assist me. I asked, "Could I please have a beef sandwich?" I have never—ever—encountered a store employee who would verbally abuse a customer simply for doing their job. She cursed at me right in front of my three-year-old child and even attempted to physically assault me. I then called the police; when the officers arrived and saw the woman—who claimed to be the manager—they remarked on how truly awful she was. She displayed an utterly terrible attitude and subjected us to racial discrimination. That is precisely why I want to warn everyone: do not come to this store, because you will undoubtedly encounter the exact same treatment.

  THE HOSTILE, ALWAYS ANGRY, ALWAYS MAD, NEVER SMILE, NEVER SAY THANK YOU, NEVER SAY WELCOME, JAMAICAN WOMAN IS WHAT GIVES THIS PLACE A BAD REP! I COME IN HAPPY, LOOK AT HER AND MY WORLD TURNS GREY AND DEPRESSING! THIS LOCATION IS ALSO GREEDY WITH PORTIONS AND NAPKINS!
