  I came here for a birthday order and the staff member, Rocky, served me a cookie. The scanner didn’t work, so I couldn’t redeem through the app, but he gave me the instructions to order through the app to allow it to work. I also was able to get another free cookie through making this post and it had to be a “long paragraph.” So here’s my answer. I hope I get a free cookie :)
