  S/O to JIGAR & SONU. I had a great experience at Subway! The customer service was excellent staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and worked efficiently while still keeping a positive attitude. It’s always nice to be greeted with good energy and respect. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  On Feb 26, 2026 I got Old stale bread at 1901 W 103rd..the young lady behind the counter was very rude when I had to return the sandwich...returning, not necessarily to ask for a refund but to make it known that the bread was stale and to get a do-over with fresh bread. She immediately took offense and gave me attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she didn't know who that person was and then said he's out of the country. OK, so then who's running this store?? REALLY. Well that a problem right there. A male employee came in and asked what the problem was but said he was only an employee and couldn't tell me who a manager was either...really Subway? I will never order in here again. And if I don't hear back from a store owner soon, I will send the health inspector to this store to make sure it is being run properly for the sake of my neighbors, who I know frequent this location.

  sold me old moldy cheese and it was clumped together! The cheese didn’t even break apart.
