If i could give it zero stars i would! Everytime i order through doordash or uber eats i get it and eat and now my stomach hurts BAD!!! Its insane. And food shouldn’t hurt your stomach only fill it up and make you happy. But nooo i always end up on the toilet multiple times. I am calling the health department

If it were possible to give zero or negative stars, that’s what this place would receive.
I ordered a footlong veggie patty sandwich with a BOGO offer through the app. When we arrived to pick up the order, we were told they had run out of the veggie patty, and one of the sandwiches would be made as a veggie delight instead. We were offered the choice of a refund or taking the modified order. We chose the refund.
At that point, the situation escalated. The manager/owner became upset and began speaking angrily in another language, which my friend understood. He seemed frustrated that the sandwiches had already been made. When we tried to explain that the order was not what we requested, he became extremely rude.
He handed us a receipt and told us he could not process a refund, instructing us to call customer service using the number provided. However, the number listed was for the store itself. When we called, he again told us to contact customer service, but no clear contact information was available on the app. We have since reached out through the app’s messaging system and are still waiting for a response.
We did not receive our order, and the refund was refused for items that were not prepared according to what we originally ordered. The interaction made it seem as though we had done something wrong for declining incorrect items. His attitude, tone, and behavior were very disrespectful, and his customer service was unacceptable. When we attempted to resolve the issue calmly, he responded arrogantly, telling us to “do whatever you want” because he would not issue a refund.
We would have been willing to leave and resolve the issue through customer service, but the way we were treated—especially the use of profanity—made the situation much worse.

I had placed a mobile pickup order, Upon arrival to pick up my order. They claimed that my order wasn’t there.. it took them like 5 minutes to realize that someone else had actually picked it up “under the same name” which made no sense to me. they even showed camera footage of the said person who picked up my order. They keep their pickup orders behind the counter so it’s not easily accessible for anyone to take. So clearly they’re not checking receipts or proof of order confirmations. It also could’ve been a mistake, but the way they couldn’t even remake my order still after THEY gave my order to the wrong person, even chipotle or other chain restaurants that leave their pickup orders out in the open will remake your order if someone else takes it.
