My family loves Subway, but unfortunately this was our first — and obviously last — time using this location.
I walked into the restaurant with my child to place an order for our family. Before ordering, my child asked to use the restroom. Yes, there is a sign stating that restrooms are for customers only, which was not an issue since we were there to order food. However, while we were in the ladies’ restroom, a male employee repeatedly knocked on the door and even tried pushing it open. I wish the staff put as much effort into cleaning the floors as they did policing the restroom access — maybe then the floors wouldn’t have been so sticky.
The same employee then helped us at the counter. When it was time to pay, I showed him the QR code from the Subway app for my child’s birthday cookie reward. He told me not to use the QR code and instead enter my phone number. Afterward, when I reminded him about the cookie, he informed me that because I entered my phone number, he could no longer add the cookie reward and would have to cancel the transaction and start over.
Also, it seams so strange that you can't see the meat and cheese section. As someone posted the picture before, it is blocked from view by stainless steel cover. I've never encountered it at any location before.
This was honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Subway location.
