I ordered a 6 inch turkey sub... the Indian woman who made my sandwich has a nasty attitude and when I received my food the bread was really hard and dry feeling. She walked away from the counter multiple times and didnt change her gloves as well. Its only a sandwich but please understand that you are servicing someone. Horrible I will never go in there again. Waste of my money

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had, if not the worst.
It took an unusually long time for anyone to appear at the counter to take my order. When a staff member finally did, she was barely audible, visibly disengaged, and yawning throughout the interaction. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy, let alone any acceptable standard of customer service.
While seated and eating, another customer entered and began berating the server over prior experiences. During this outburst, the customer made a disturbing comment, threatening to call ICE on the server. The server appeared to be an immigrant and seemed completely unfazed and continued with their routine as if nothing had occurred. This incident significantly compounded my already negative experience.
There needs to be a serious and immediate review of both customer service standards and how staff are supported.
