  Most people were reading or on their phones, and the person who helped me was efficient and friendly. They got my order ready quickly, and it was exactly what I wanted. A good, no-fuss stop for a quick meal.

  Worst Subway in town. I had a terrible experience here. I placed a late-night order and went to pick it up. The owner was very rude and told me not to use coupons because he wasn’t making money from my order. I was also uncomfortable because he started talking to me about religion for no reason. The place also did not look clean, which made me question the hygiene. I will never come back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Food is fine. Average subway food. But the amount of times I gave this place a chance and it always failed me is beyond unprofessional. I've came in multiple times with nobody in the store. Empty. No employees, no customers, nothing. Decided to wait 10 minutes before giving up and walking to another place to get food. I've had another experience where I came into the store for an online order. Told the employee who gave me no response. No update. Nothing. When they did complete my order, they told me and never looked at me once. I'm never dealing with with this location again and will continue to walk the extra minutes to the location on Addison instead. They're more reliable and they do not leave the store unattended.

  First of all, it’s not every time that the person working in the counter is the franchise owner. He was fixing something when we arrived, and he greeted us very nicely, as we waited for him to finish his short task. He was very accommodating. I told him about my bad experience at the Broadway/Montrose location (separate post), and he assured me that I will feel safe in his store. He was very attentive with our orders. I am very satisfied with the food, service, and overall experience. This will definitely be my go to Subway in the area.

  Stood up front for ten minutes. Guy working was staring at me while making online orders (I’m guessing?) but said nothing. Ended up walking out
