    I came in this morning around 11:45am and unfortunately had a negative experience. My sandwich was burned, and while it was remade, the interaction felt dismissive and a bit rude. When I asked for another sandwich, I was told I should have specified earlier, which didn’t feel like an appropriate response. That’s not how customer service should be handled. I stayed respectful, but the tone and communication were rude. I hope management addresses this.

    If you know you know…. Subway doesn’t have the same strength it once had in the 2000s. Then it became over saturated with you know what.. and the service for this particular one is so mediocre and it feels like I’m not getting enough veggies on the sandwich. It’s just a lot that needs improving at this location… Sometimes I sit back and reflect on how good customer service use to be in the 90s and 2000s. That era is over.. people just don’t want to come to work and perform and I get it but damn! Smh 🤦‍♀️

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Subway. I bought a sub and asked to use the restroom, which was locked. I politely asked the woman working there (a Mexican lady, for context), and she told me I could use it. When I let her know it was locked, her response was simply, “I don’t know then,” and she moved on to the next customer without offering any help. Completely dismissive and unprofessional
