  Look, we (the BTS ARMY) descended on this Subway Store after the concert at 1 am like a swarm of locust. A line out of the door and one man, nay a King 👑 holding down the fort and methodically making sandwich after sandwich for the hundreds of hungry fans who needed fuel after hours of singing, jumping, crying, and walking like a zombie hoard back to our hotels. Ravi, you gem, you amazing sustenance purveyor, I hope you made bank that night in tips. May your pillow be always cool and your drinks the perfect temperature. Also, the sandwich was fire 🔥

  I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months, and honestly, the experience really depends on who’s working. The night staff are usually friendly and respectful, but some of the daytime staff can be quite rude and don’t really know how to talk to customers. I’ve even seen them point fingers at customers while speaking in a disrespectful way, which is not how customers should be treated. I’ve also noticed that some of the toppings look dry and don’t seem very fresh, making it feel like they aren’t being changed regularly. Hopefully the management can look into this because the store could be much better with fresher toppings and better customer service.

  Very friendly staff, I was unsure what vegetarian option to get, but the gentlemen during the night shift knew what to put in my sandwich! I said “i trust you, can you set me up?” And they did! Shoutout you guys!

  Nothing about my order was fresh tonight. The bread was extremely hard through the wrapping. The sales person didn't have a solution. They are obviously selling day(s) old bread and the veggies were either frozen than thawn.
