  Honestly was kinda let down that the subway was just a cover for a sandwich shop. Was really running late for my meeting and a taxi took super long.

  I visited this location several times, and each time I was told the restroom was “out of order” or closed. As a customer, this is very frustrating. If restrooms are not available, it should be clearly stated upfront, rather than repeatedly telling customers it’s unavailable. I hope management can address this and provide consistent access or clear communication about restroom availability.
