Very poor customer service. My online order was incorrect, the employee was rude, and they were selling expired drinks. Instead of apologizing, offering a refund, or providing any compensation, I was simply told to grab another drink. I was also told that it is the customer’s responsibility to check expiration dates, which is completely unacceptable. It should be the store’s responsibility to ensure that expired products are not being sold.
I drank 2–3 sips of a Pepsi before noticing it tasted very bad. When I checked the expiration date, it was already expired. Shortly after, I started vomiting. This is a serious health concern and should not happen at any store.
Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience.
