This occurred on Thursday April 9 at around 9:30 pm. I ordered a meatball sub with 50% more protein. The 2 employees on duty did not want to accommodate that detail for me, claiming that it was not an option and that they could only prepare the sandwich with double protein instead, which would have been too much. I explained to them that I've always ordered 50% more protein at other Subways, including this one. The girl kept rudely interrupting me when I tried to explain what 50% more protein was. They eventually made it for me the way I wanted it, but not without much resistance. I even went as far to show them the option available on the Uber eats app. At that point, the man relented and said that they provide that option. The girl, however, never stopped behaving in a manner as though I had sexually assaulted her and got away with it. The crowning moment came when I told her that I was going to dine in. The girl then proceeded to tell me "we are closing, sir." In other words, the petulant child kicked me out with 15 minutes of open-for-business time left on the clock. Look, it's Subway. I don't expect fine dining service. But I also don't expect for employees to purposefully attempt to deceive me and provide substandard service. To the owner: I will return to this location because I live nearby and I like subway. I strongly suggest that you correct their misbehavior. Because if they try anything like that towards me again when I do return, I will correct them for you. And I guarantee my methods are much more severe than yours.

I had to return to talk to a NON-EXISTENT MANAGER regarding the sloppy sandwich and missing items from my Footlong pre-ordered and paid for via APP. The Indian American young woman who prepared my order was very reluctant to correct her errors and even insulted me about my dog that I bought in the restaurant just to pick up my order and leave afterwards. I was not dining inside. After trying to tell her to redo the sloppy Footlong or reimburse me, she got attitude with me as a FREQUENT customer. The Indian American man there with glasses on and feathered short hair got involved and redid the Footlong sandwich for her. I asked for the Manager info and they both said there is NO MANAGER and it's FAMILY OWNED only. Plus, they do not prefer to give their names to no one. Really!. So, I told them I will report the Footlong had to be redone and she had a problem with dogs coming in for order pickups but I been in there before and I was NEVER told NO PETS ALLOWED at all tonight. She is a liar. So, he and she as Indian American family members told me they don't give out their names at all and that I can just report my complaint to Subway APP Customer Service. Really!. I took pictures of the old and new Footlong sandwiches and the store as proof!. THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER TONIGHT!. SMH.
