  Terrible attitude, the lady that was working there didn’t wash her hands, and as soon as I got there she went to the back, making me wait longer. Then while she was adding the meat to the sandwich a fly came out of it. The fly could have already pooped in it they should not be serving that.

  It’s so frustrating coming to this subway, dude is literally ALWAYS on his phone, doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in, took him like 10 minutes to even attend me bc he is on his phone. Doesn’t hear how you want your sandwich because he has his headphones in so he doesn’t get your order correct. Wanted to try to use to the rewards program and guess what? He skips that part in the checkout so I can’t even get anything towards my rewards program. Staff needs to be retrained and just has to do better.
