    Make sure and check your meals, I just had dental surgery & I am out of it. I’m a vegetarian & the lady wrote tuna on the chicken sandwich & chicken on the tuna sandwich NOW guess who’s sick because she did not pay attention to the orders. Can’t even not feel well & still be sick on top of not feeling well because the subway woman wrote the wrong damn name on the sandwich are you trying to kill people? My stomach can’t handle no damn chicken. And If I get food poisoning you people are getting the bill! Thanks a lot SUBWAY

    I had a terrible experience at this Subway location—easily the worst I’ve ever visited. When I walked in, the employee was already helping another customer, and it was immediately clear that his customer service was extremely poor. The customer politely asked for extra tomatoes, pickles, and additional protein, repeatedly stating he was willing to pay for the extras. Despite this, the employee showed visible frustration and responded with unnecessary rudeness, especially since the customer was simply making requests at the end of his order. After completing his purchase, the customer questioned whether he had been charged correctly for double protein, since he had prepaid. He showed me his receipt and asked if it reflected what he ordered. I confirmed that it did show he paid for double protein. When I politely pointed this out to the employee, the employee became upset with me. Once the other customer left, I approached to place my own order. The employee then refused to serve me entirely, stating it was because I had spoken up about the previous situation. I calmly explained that I was only answering a question and had no involvement beyond that. I also mentioned, respectfully, that his behavior toward the previous customer came across as unnecessarily rude. Despite remaining calm and respectful, I was denied service. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect basic customer service and respect.
