  The employee preparing my sandwich was not friendly and clearly appeared irritated by my presence. Her attitude made it seem as though serving me was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable spending my money at this establishment. I hope management addresses the importance of customer service, because no customer should leave feeling like they were a burden

  We usually eat and work. No place to charge laptop here. Was taking a minute figuring out what I wanted and looking at the specials. When I get asked with attitude “are you going to buy something?”…… no duhh that’s why I came in to subway. Rude service. Rush you to order. And over priced one sandwich and chips only $20

  She didn't asked what cheese I wanted and instead put the cheese thats on the menu. I don't want the cheese on the menu, those are placeholders, its a make ur own sub sandwich for a reason! I hate chedder cheese!

  Most wonderful customer service today from Rosa and Vanessa. Both very friendly and helpful. Likewise, it is one of the cleanest subways I have seen in the city. Very tidy and beyond clean, and sanitary. Superb customer service. Thank you both 🥳🎉
