You walk in thinking you’re about to order a sandwich, but apparently you’ve wandered into a social experiment designed to test how quickly a normal human can be pushed to their breaking point. The staff greets you with the warmth of a tax audit, and every word you speak seems to personally offend them on a molecular level. Ask for a topping? Bold of you to assume they’re taking requests today. Clarify your order? Congratulations — you’ve just escalated the situation.
It’s the kind of customer service that could turn a monk into someone who throws folding chairs. You can practically feel the hostility radiating across the counter, like they’ve been saving it up for the next unsuspecting person who dares to want lunch. By the time you’re paying, you’re half‑expecting to be charged extra for “emotional damage.”
If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it’s like to be the villain in someone else’s day for absolutely no reason, this is your spot. Otherwise, keep walking — ideally at a brisk, self‑preserving pace.
Shertu and Arti are great employees! They’re respectful and pay close attention to what the customer asks them to add on their sandwich.

The people that work here are just rude for no reason. What’s the reason for rolling your eyes at me while giving receipt? I didn’t do anything to deserve that. Because I didn’t leave a tip? Not leaving a tip at subway sorry. Maybe if the service was exceptional for the employees actually maybe smiled at you or weren’t on the phone on their AirPods talking while working, forcing you to repeat your order three times.
