  There’s probably a reason why I see this place is perpetually empty every time I walk by it. I hadn’t been to a subway in good 3-4 years so I do not remember what the bread options are. I walked up to the counter and asked ‘what the bread options were’ as I started to read their menu. The guy behind the counter hits me with ‘You never been to a Subway before in Subway life?’. I was surprised and I thought I misheard him. Without a beat he responds with ‘Why you behaving like this!?’ And proceeded to give me more attitude. Well the Hummus Grill down the street has excellent food, great service and now has a lifelong patron in me. Screw this subway

  This Subway location is my absolute favorite in Chicago! It is always extremely clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is so pristine and welcoming, and the person working here is so warm, polite, and truly kindhearted. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this spot to everyone!

  I’ve come here with my service dog before and the two employees have never cared and welcomed him. Today I come in and there’s an old man employee that immediately tells me no dogs. I tell him right away he’s a service dog and he asked for a card which is illegal and not a thing to exist. There were even 2 cops in there that told him he can’t do that but they didn’t do much else to defend me. They even have a sticker about service dogs being allowed on the window. I considered staying anyways since I wasn’t going to let him bully me but didn’t want to give my business.

  Very nice and clean and the morning staff are just awesome good friendly service 😊
