  The owner and staff clearly don't care about their customers. Since we live close I keep hoping it gets better but they have the rudest staff and they don't have what the other franchises have. Better off driving to another location.

  If you are taking a customer's order it is best to pay attention to the customer and not be conversing with the person on the plug in your ear

  They messed my order up 3 times!!! I had to walk in. The man is extremely unprofessional. The women was kind and re made my sandwich.
