  I went to the Subway on 86th and Kedzie today and had a very good experience Marriano was my server he is very neat and clean when handling my order I will give my visit there and the service I received from Mariana a 5 star rating thanks for the wonderful service,

  Terrible service rude and musty Indiana let someone run off with my food without confirming the order on uber eats and denied to remake it…

  In the middle of making my order, a foul odor came from the back. I asked what it was and the person said it was coming from next door. Then later, I asked another worker who said that a drain was being cleaned in the back. So…not next door at all. Further, the smell was only getting stronger and they weren’t covering any of the food. And even though my food was pretty much done when that putrid odor started to take over, it was still nasty to start that process in the middle of making food. Also gross to say that it was next door when it wasn’t (though there could have been a language gap). Regardless, it was nasty. I ate there yesterday as well and started feeling sick today before I went there. I wonder if it’s because the food was exposed to something yesterday too.

  Uber Eats stold my order and money. The restaurant made it right. Sandwiches are really good here. Plus come here directly and don't go thru Uber. Thank You owner for making it right.
