I’ve visited this location several times now, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently uncomfortable—particularly on Wednesday nights.
There is an Asian gentleman who works the Wednesday evening shift who is always in an extreme, unnecessary hurry. While efficiency is usually a positive in fast food, here it comes at the expense of basic customer service. He completely lacks a welcoming presence; there is no genuine, wholesome smile or basic friendliness. Instead, the rushed energy feels incredibly cold and creates a tense, chaotic ambiance.
Ordering food shouldn't feel stressful or scary. People should bring a little pride and positivity to their job, otherwise it completely ruins the environment for the guests. I hope management can address this specific shift and coach the staff to slow down, breathe, and prioritize a warmer, more human connection.
