    They charged me for a 6” subs when I only got two scoops of tuna, should have been charged as double meat only….

    placed an order through subways mobile app but my order was returned by the driver. i asked for a refund and the employee refused to give me one. told me to call next morning for his manager but the manager told me i was a day late. now i couldnt get a refund bc they lack communication between each other. manager then told me to come in and i would get FOUR for free. i came in and worker only gave me two after ignoring me then having an attitude. super unprofessional and horrible customer service. i will never be ordering from this store again. they need to train this employee better because that was time i took out of my day.

    Placed an order online through the app that was supposed to be ready at 5:50 am on February 25, 2026. When I get there the worker tells me he didn’t receive my order , okay understandable. I checked my subway app and my bank account app and everything went through so I proceed to show him that it did place on my end . I show him the full order yet he still refuses to make it for me …he said the only way he can make it is if it shows on his system then proceeds to tell me I can order another one with him and he will do it . Why would I spend double the money ??? Terrible customer service satisfaction. It’s not my fault your system didn’t get my order , quick to take the money but not find a solution to my order .
