  June 7th I came into this subway and ordered a 6in sub, I needed a fork and asked a young lady would I be able to get a fork she said no. I proceeded to pay for my sandwich and chips and thought that if I spent my money I would at least be able to get a plastic fork. After I purchased my food the young lady proceeded to tell me she will not give me a fork because my meal did not REQUIRE A FORK. I said ok may I purchase a fork please she told me no. I walked out and came back and asked may I purchase a salad(which requires a fork) she proceeded to make the salad. I then changed my mind and asked her to return my money because I did not like the hound ladie’s off putting and rude attitude especially since I spent my hard earned money and I was very nice and polite to her regardless of her demeanor and terrible customer service. So I asked for a refund and took the fork. She proceeded to take my salad and not give me a refund. She did not release my salad until I called the POLICE ON HER FOR STEALING MY MONEY AND MY FOOD and when other customers came into witness this unruly behavior, then she FINALLY sat my salad on the counter after I asked her for the 4th time is she going to either give me a refund or my food. I will never spend my money with this Subway at this location ever again! I didn’t even trust to eat the salad afterwards because of the mean and evil spirited person this woman was! I have never been felt so discriminated against in my life. This is how you treat your African American customers whom spend their hard earned money with??? UNBELIEVABLE NEVER AGAIN I HOPE THIS LOCATION GETS THE DISCRIMINATORY TRAINING THAT IS NEEDED AND THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO BE DISCIPLINED AND TRAINED PROPERLY ESPECIALLY WITH WOMEN OF COLOR OR PEOPLE IN COLOR IN GENERAL!!!!!!!

  It was a quick online pickup order in the evening. The gentleman at the counter was polite, my order was ready when I got there and the meatball sub was neatly made, which I really appreciated.
