I am already fully aware that if you are going to leave a tip,to hand it to the sandwich maker personally!! at this particular location the owner takes the tips!! now to the best part,went in there tonight to get subs and they were out of lettuce,cmon now. there's a jewel right across cicero. I believe it was the owner in there cause when I mentioned something about it and said he should give a little discount, he got an attitude right away.!! very poor customer service!!

Ordered through delivery and was missing items and got sandwiches with HARD bread, proceeded to call the subway next morning due to them not answering the first time and got a lady with a nasty attitude who basically blamed the driver and told me they had no corporate number and ended up hanging up on me , i called five times from my number, no answer, called once through another number and finally got a reply which lead to no refund no nothing except “come pick up the missing items” which is an inconvenience due to the fact IT SHOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED in the first place. Do better or don’t apply to work there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. soon as me n my husband walked in the older guy with glasses did not even acknowledge we walked in. He continued to prep a pan of onions, using the same date dot sticker from the older onions. Then he finally takes our order and says “what are you having?” Not even a hello what can I get for you. he was annoyed we walked in, God forbid he does a job he’s getting paid for. After I tell Him my order three times he takes my husbands order. He was running low on turkey so he went to the back for turkey, did not change his gloves got a new container of turkey and didn’t even FIFO the turkey he just put the new on top of the old. Then my husband asked him for extra cheese he said “it’s two dollars do you really want it” and my husband was unsure for TWO SECONDS, the employee Rudely says “ yes ? No? Maybe so?” So my husband said yes. He makes it and I noticed he didn’t put the xtra cheese so I told him if he did and he said “it’s two dollars” rudely again and I told him that he said yes. So he puts the xtra cheese all mad puts the sandwiches in the oven but doesn’t cook it all the way. He took them out before the oven beeped. I live two mins away from this location when I got home both my sandwiches are dead cold. Which really made me mad bc it was already a bad experience and he can’t even cook sandwiches right? He’s lucky I have a toaster at home otherwise I would’ve came back and asked for my money back. Yall really need to fire that rude person. I wasn’t the only one he was rude to, another customer walked in and asked if they could use the bathroom and he flat out ignored them they left right away. Clearly he hates his job so much.
