  I have had the pleasure of working with Sterling and John. Both of my experiences working with them have been great! I worked with Sterling for my homeowners insurance. He had great customer service and was very timely during the closing process. When working with John, Sterling was away at a conference, so John was able to help me purchase auto insurance while at the dealership (a super stressful process!). Nonetheless, John explained everything with great detail and was able to answer all of my questions.

  I had never purchased Renters Insurance before going through AllState. Sterling Jackson and team made this process super easy and were fully transparent about costs. When I moved out of state, they made sure I didn’t go without renters insurance, and that my policy was handled accordingly. Their customer service is always friendly, patient and thorough.
