  As a senior citizen, I’ve owned quite a few automobiles and unfortunately had a few accidents. The one that I had in May 2026 occurred while under the care of Sterling Jackson, Allstate office.. I must say that they turned a negative occurrence into a positive experience. They were kind, efficient, and patient; which, of course, constitutes great service -but they went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable about even having the accident, and went out of their way to provide resources and information so that I could make informed decisions. I greatly appreciate the service as well as the prompt resolution of my circumstance.
