  We visited the Chicago location April 17th 2026. Made an appointment with Sofia. It was the best shopping experience I have ever had. She was so pleasant and nice. We were texting back and forth prior to my visit. I was showing her all the purses I was interested. When we got there she pulled them all so I can look at them at my leisure. She explained each purse and what my usage was going to be. Daily? Date night? She helped me picked the correct purse for my needs. I will definitely come back. We need more people like her in retail.

  Made a purchase that needed to be shipped from another store and they assured us if it did not fit, we could return the item. First off, the item was shipped to the wrong address - not accidentally delivered to the wrong address. They shipped to the wrong address. Thankfully, a nice neighbor was able to get it to us. The item didn't fit, so we returned it within the week. Despite order tracking confirming the item was returned, they would not issue a refund. Called 10+ times over 2 months and each time was told the store manager would reach out and they never did.

  Terrible store. Sold me a damaged bag and refused to exchange it for another one with no damages. Now I have a damaged bag for $3000!!!! Insane
