  Lavontae Dobbs helped me acquire auto and renters insurance at a reasonable rate which is something I was unable to do myself. I appreciate his time and efforts. This was very easy for him even though it was a struggle for me online. My suggestion to anyone looking for insurance is to stop giving yourself a headache and call Lavontae at Allstate and have a better day because he will get it done pain free. He's truly an awesome human being.

  Can’t recommend highly enough! Davy was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and saved us tons of money. Conversation was super transparent - I felt like he was giving me all the information all the time. Call and ask for Davy!

  I had an amazing experience. Davy was very patient with me through the whole process. He made sure he walked me through every step while also explaining everything to me. His customer service was exceptional as well. He truly goes above and beyond.

  We've been in our home since Sept 1988. Previously we've had three different companies before Mr. Mercer, in which the later two were referrals. Each time we changed, it was because the rate went up about $500, and we hadn't made any claims. In the fall of 2025 we were referred to Mr. Mercer's agency, after our rate substantially increased again. We were wondering if we were paying for disasters elsewhere. 🤔 We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of Mr. Mercer to host a barbeque for his clients. NEVER BEFORE in the past thirty -six years has our homeowner's agency shown appreciation in a most tangible way as Mr. Mercer. 🙂 Last year we weren't able to attend the annual barbeque. My husband works on Saturday, but this year I (Sharon Brown) was able to attend, and I had a GREAT TIME! 🎉 There was PLENTY of delicious food, soda/water, and activities for the children! 🧀🌽🌭 🍔 🍗🐷 The servers were very kind. Everyone was so friendly, and I even have a new friend!! 🤗 I'm going to refer my family and friends to Mr. Mercer. I can't wait till the next barbeque next year! 🤗 Sharon Brown 🙂

  Joshua Mercer and team are exceptional and made the insurance quote to finalized policy a pleasurable experience. Being a customer in this space for decades I’ve experienced the good, bad and unspeakable. From the initial email to follow up communications and information intake, the team (especially Ellis Jones) made the process sensible and didn’t attempt to over-sale or make things complicated. Highly recommend you contact them and experience it for yourself and your family.
