  I had a great experience working with Lavontae Dobbs at Allstate. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Lavontae to anyone looking for a helpful and attentive insurance agent!

  Ryan Ward is the man. Saved me well over $1,000 dollars on home, auto and motorcycle. Process was incredibly easy. I was hesitant to get quotes and change as i’d been with my previous provider for 10 plus years but ryan made it so easy. Absolutely give them a shout and ask for ryan no doubt!

  Scary, disturbing, stalker mailed UNWANTED photos of someone else's home to me as spam mail saying I am paying too much for home insurance. This- for a home and a kid and a family that is NOT MINE. Horrifying- do you want pictures taken from outside in a window seeing into your kid's room sent to a complete stranger at a different address? Horrifying. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Again, the wrong address mailed to a complete STRANGER- this profoundly unprofessional, frightening and disturbing especially with the you are paying too much CALL TODAY and an estimated premium for SOMEONE ELSE'S HOME. No, I will never use this agency, this scary stalker behavior should be reported. I don't want to see into someone else's home- that is wrong. I would not use this agency EVER for anything except reporting to authorities.

  I had an outstanding experience speaking with agent Tamara Farkas at Allstate Insurance Company. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient and compassionate throughout our conversation. Tamara took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most. In a time that was stressful and overwhelming, her professionalism, kindness and dedication made all the difference. She treated me with genuine care rather than making me feel like just another customer/number. It is rare to find someone who is so responsive, thorough and committed to providing exceptional service.   I was contacted by Joshua and Ellis about possibly getting a lower rate than I had with AmFam. I was interested but very busy. They were very patient with me over the course of months and kept in touch with me. I appreciated the persistence but I was hesitant to leave my agent because I’ve been with them a long time. Ellis was able to get me a much better deal, and went above and beyond to find ways to provide discounts to lower my bill. I couldn’t be more grateful.
