  I carry this insurance because there good on coverage but throughout th last 3 years all state haves been increasing by 100 more per year from paying 1500 to 1800 now going into 3 years . Also we pay in full always not payments and yet there's no deal when we call our local agent which is jose Santiago office seems luke no reps try to help you when it's regarding pricing that benefits the customer im really disappointed that the only excuse they have every year is that everything is going up . I totally get it but 100 every year is ridiculous. Im looking to switch hopefully soon.

  Really great experience. We came in person because we wanted to update our homeowner policy that hadn't been changed in decades! 😱 We met Annette Garcia for the first time, who was gracious and good-humored, asked thoughtful questions, and made the process easy and fun. She showed us how it was better to get a whole new policy -- rather than update the ancient one. We were really happy with the final product. It was a pleasure working with her, and we're sure to reach out and more regular intervals in the future. :-)
