  Joe Halberg has had my life insurance policy since 2008. I’ve been calling him to update my policy, all week I’ve been calling being sent to voicemail after voicemail and I can’t get one person to call me back. I’d hate to see how long it would take to get a call back when I really need them.

  There’s always someone to talk to about your insurance needs and questions. The agents are very knowledgeable and explain everything very clearly. They found the best rates for us.

  I'm changing insurance companies after my claim is officially done. Was sent document after document without explanation of what it entailed or what I was supposed to do when my car was totaled. Had a woman named Geri/Jerry who laughed at me on the phone when I asked who my adjuster worked for (not sure if they were third party or directly employed with Allstate). She also gave me the wrong phone number initially of the adjuster who I was supposed to contact because they couldn't answer any questions about my valuation documents even though they sell auto insurance, and gave me the number to the auto auction that has nothing to do with the figures of the claim. Spoke with multiple people with no answers that just gave me phone numbers to people with also no answers about my simple claim questions.
