  English follows Japanese 🗣️🇯🇵🇺🇸 世界一周旅行中、荷物が増えすぎたのでアメリカから荷物の一部を日本へ送ることを決めました。この店舗を選んだのはシカゴ市内のFedexの中でもGoogleの評価が高かったからです。割れ物はプチプチで包んでくれるし、英語が苦手な私にも丁寧に接してくれました。全ての梱包が終わったあとに見積もりを出してもらったのですが、想像より高額になってしまいました。もう少し安くする方法はないかと相談したところ「日本までは遠いからどうしても高くなってしまう。自分で飛行機で持っていくのが1番いいと思う」とアドバイスをくれました。梱包後にキャンセルしたにも関わらず嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれて感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。 ーーーーーーーーーー During my round-the-world trip, my luggage became too heavy, so I decided to ship some items from the US back to Japan. I chose this FedEx location in Chicago because it had high Google ratings among FedEx stores in the city. They wrapped fragile items in bubble wrap and treated me kindly despite my limited English skills. After they finished packing everything, they gave me an estimate, but it was higher than I had envisioned. When I asked if there was any way to make it cheaper, they advised, "Japan is far away, so it eventually gets I think the best option would be for you to take it on the plane yourself." Even though I canceled after they'd packed everything, they handled it without a single frown. I'm truly grateful. Thank you so much.

  The ladies working here were so helpful with printing out our stuff, even when the technology was giving us trouble, they graciously and patiently got our papers printed! Thank you!!

  Horrible service and highly inflexible. Store was open i reached at sharp 7 pm and she refused to take my package. Very uncooperative lady in reception.
