  Even with a prepaid label they charge a fee. I go to pay and they dont accept cash. Why bother exchanging to US currency if you dont accept it. Worse case was very rude about it.

  Good luck finding the FedEX office! No clear signs to indicate the location within the hotel. Came to drop off a prepaid package and was told there's a $10 drop off fee because they are located in a hotel. I shouldn’t have to pay a fee for them choosing to be in a hotel!

  So happy with the service! My husband and I were staying at the Marriott Marquis Chicago for business. The staff at this FedEx location were so helpful and took care of our shipping and printing needs!
