  Charge for label that is already prepaid. Go elsewhere. They're gonna have to learn one way or another that their draconian policies will run them out of business

  The people there were nice and cordial and explained the added fee. This review is of the location which makes them charge for “handling fees” to receive a package that already has a label paid for. Should have read the other reviews warning about this, that’s on me. Instead go to the FedEx in Prudential building. That location won’t charge for extra made up things.

  Achtung, 10$ pro Paket Gebühr wenn man was ans Fairmont Hotel schickt oder bestellt. Amazon verteilt die Sendung auf 2 Pakete, dann darf man gleich 20$ zahlen. Service, wenn es keinen gibt, dann kann man die beiden Damen auch nicht bewerten (wäre aber eine 0 wegen der Arroganz).
