  I cannot say enough about Courtney in the print shop. I had a deadline driven order and she jump right in to help me. I had issues with the website and she troubleshooted me through a solution. She had all my posters ready and went the extra when one would not print to send it to another store to again solve the problem. Not only was Courtney attentive to problem solving but so kind and patient. She is the definition of customer service and I hope FedX knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing team member. She is amazing but I also can’t say enough about this location Reese was so friendly! Going here always!

  After a long hard day, working with Rese at this location was really the highlight. She was so helpful, friendly, and informative and what could have been a stressful experience lugging around post-conference boxes by myself turned into a seamless experience.
