  Unhelpful staff. Terribly complicated to print anything, and staff won’t help. Go across the street to the UPS store. 100 times easier and staff actually help.

  We live in New York and were on a short trip to Chicago when my daughter accidentally left her backpack at a restaurant downtown. We only realized it after we arrived at the airport to fly back home. I contacted this office because it was close to the restaurant, explained the situation, and they handled everything for us so professionally and smoothly. They were also very fast. Within 30 minutes after the backpack arrived at their office, I was already able to pay for the shipping. They were extremely capable, efficient, and kind. This was one of the best shipping service experiences I have ever had. If I visit Chicago again, I would honestly want to stop by just to say thank you to Terry and Erica. They were truly amazing.

  Unfortunate customer service experience. I went in for notary services. I asked Ms. Sanders a question about the process and requirements. She told me I had to dial back my attitude because she could say no to stamping my documents. We finished my transaction in silence. No thanks for my business.
