  I usually get all my FedEx packages redirected and held here at this location on Canal so I’m here at least once a week. Alan is always so friendly and helpful. Today he went above and beyond to help me with a package and I am so grateful. Sasha is also great and answered all my questions. I never have to wait long and I go out of my way to come to this particular location because of the kind staff. Thanks again Alan! :)

  Excellent customer service! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the process easy and communicated well throughout. One of the best experiences I've had at FedEx. Highly recommend this location!

  Would highly recommend this FedEx location, I needed a large dimension poster and this location had the earliest pickup time in the city. I called in advance and they told me that the poster had already been printed soon after being placed! Both on the phone and in store was met with very friendly and helpful employees.
