This store rocks, every time I go into the store I have no issues. The team is playful and inviting. I also see how well they handle the customers that come in with attitudes, mistreatment, and the entitled behavior. They handle them superb. People need the understand those are people behind that counter same as you. Show them some respect instead of coming in acting a plum fool because someone told you no that they cannot do that at this time. Child, I'm pray for the store. Thank you FedEx Team.

This FedEx is amazing; I have heard a bunch of hoopla about this place. They handle themselves with professionalism to the T. They dealt with condescending attitudes, people telling them how to act, difficult print orders, as well as aggressive behaviors from the public and still deliver amazing results. Keep up the good work. I would of took a picture of the amazing team but by law, can't do it without their consent. Thank you to Christopher for the amazing help.

Today is 4/19/26 and not one worker acted like they wanted to help us and had a bit of an attitude like I'm bothering them, it's actually no one in the store when I walked in. One lady needed help and the guy in the grey was giving attitude also, everyone isn't tech savvy and we need help. Also the network is slow here so we're waiting over 15 minutes just to receive a code to print out documents which is ridiculous. I'm a manager and I tell my crew before we open up for the day, if your going through something, leave it at the door. If you need to talk it out before working then let's do that because the customers don't need to feel that type of energy. Being in customer service means that you have to help people. If this is not your day then...STAY AT HOME!!!
