  Guy who usually works there is so rude. Makes you wait even when he isn’t helping anyone else, and gets an attitude over the simplest questions/responses. If I’m asking for two-day shipping and paying for it, why are you trying to challenge whether my package needs two day shipping? Just give me the service I’m asking and paying for. Customers can come in there as pleasant and professional as possible, and this dude acts like it’s a burden and annoyance to do his job.

  Antonio was nasty & rude & he was acting as if I was bothering him for needing his help. The other young lady with glasses who never has a smile on her face was horrible. Then (manager) Gail noticed how long I had been standing at the fax machine which Antonio thought I was lying about pressing the cancel button. Gail noticed that something was indeed wrong with that particular machine came & saved the day. If you’re in the business of working with the public & you’re not a people’s person, you’re in the wrong profession. Antonio & the other young lady is always nasty. That’s just no excuse because they’re always nasty. Go find a job & with in the back. Thank you (manager) Gail for saving the day.
