  This location does not hold packages. It does NOT say that on the website. I would call and check before you send anything. I am now busy trying to reroute, flummoxed that I can't ship to the FedEx office at the convention center that says "ship" in its title.

  Matt was extremely helpful in assisting me with printing all the documents I needed. I really appreciate the time he took to guide me through the process and make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, it was a very good experience. The other staff members were also attentive, checking in to see if I needed any help and guiding me throughout. Great customer service!

  I was in Chicago for the ACTFL being held at the convention center and visited the FedEx office a couple times to have some things printed. Stuart was so friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and had my order ready in a timely manner. He was very personable, I felt like I was chatting with a friend. The whole team was very friendly and kind, a big thank you to everyone! I highly recommend visiting this location. :)

  This place charged me so much money that I’m pretty sure the cashier scammed me. $500 for 250 poorly printed business cards!? I will never shop FedEx again. I was told “McCormick is like the airport” - no, at the airport $500 gets you to another state. I left without my dignity but with my ethics. FedEx unfortunately has none.
