  This is the worst customer service ever. I already paid for the shipping for next day on FedEx website and was told I can drop off at Amy FedEx location. I walked here and realized that they are charging me another $10 for handling fee. No where listed on FedEx website. After paying over $80 on FedEx.com for the shipping and printed my own label already put on their envelope, they want me to pay $10 to accept to package

  This is my go to for printing needs downtown! I have been a regular client over the years. Both the ladies working there was very helpful and professional. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

  LIke many other reviews have stated, this location charges steep fees to drop anything off, pick anything up, and pretty much any other transaction since its located within a Marriott. If possible, I would avoid at all costs.

  This is literally a useless piece of crap… everytime I go there they can’t do something or it’s an extra $15 because they are a hotel location and not a real store. Save time and frustration and go down the street 8 min (4 blocks) to 34 W Erie location. Also small but big thing their doors don’t open by themselves so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get packages in easily. I can’t state how annoyed I am
