Feels like a requirement to work at FedEx Office is to be as least helpful as possible. Customer service and overall respect for customers is in the gutter.
I came in today for an order I wasn’t able to pick up over the weekend due to the store’s hours. The two people working this morning were so kind and accommodating. Definitely gonna keep coming here to print my stuff!
I frequently need to print and ship things for work and despite this location being a block from my house I rarely go there... but every few months when I'm in a hurry I stop there thinking it will help, and am swiftly reminded why I don't use it. Some of the staff is incredibly rude to the point where you almost have to haggle with them. Like if you say, "no I don't usually ship by box," and they don't listen, so you go through the whole process just to find out that shipping by box is twice as much as the way you told them. And for fun, on the way out you should use the printing machines that are constantly unable to pull your documents from the internet just to waste another 20 minutes of your time. Horrible experience, I'd name names, but their being there with each other is punishment enough for how they act.

Edit: Staff is different since my last visit, but experience just keeps getting better. Thank you Chris for always being so helpful with every new project!
Maria and Leo were a huge help. I had a fairly complicated print that I needed some assistance figuring out and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The hours online were listed as 11pm closing. I got there at 8:45 and turns out they close at 9. That's fine as I only had to print off one document real quick. However, the 24 pages that I printed cost more than the 60 I printed earlier at OfficeMax. Service and quality were fine, just a bit pricier than I thought.
