Had an issue with a delivery earlier this year and came in to the store to inquire about it (shipper asked me to). The employees were so condescending. Their behavior must be projecting how miserable they are because no one should ever speak to anyone the way they addressed me. I wish them well (and lots of therapy), especially the red head.

Easy parking, no line, was able to scan a bar code for a return and get the package sent off in about two minutes

Feels like a requirement to work at FedEx Office is to be as least helpful as possible. Customer service and overall respect for customers is in the gutter.

Stopped in just before 8:00 on a Tuesday. There was only one woman working. She was trying to handle shipping while also working with a couple on a complicated printing order- and the couple was completely oblivious to the fact that others were waiting-or they just didn’t care. After waiting for 10 minutes to send a simple package, I asked if anyone else could help but the employee said she was alone. I finally gave up and left. I wouldn’t even think it is safe for one person to be working alone-definitely not efficient. I will go back to the FedEx store on Western just north of Addison. They are always staffed, courteous and prompt.
