Michelle was AWESOME helping me with a weird-sized and PIA shaped package. She was also incredibly patient and understanding with problems regarding the label the company had provided me. Y'all need more professional and good-natured ppl like her! Much appreciated.
I arrived at this FedEx location at 5:55 PM to drop off a package, before their posted closing time of 6:00 PM. The store was still open, the "Open" sign was clearly on, and yet the employee refused to accept my shipment.
If the staff stops taking customers before the posted hours, then both the store signage and online hours need to be updated to reflect the actual cutoff time. It’s misleading and frustrating for customers who plan their day around posted business hours.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. There seems to be an ongoing issue with this location turning away customers before closing

Avoid the short dude behind the counter at all costs. He's combative / passive aggressive / condescending from the moment you approach the counter.

No comparison. This team is amazing. Never have I had a shipping office where I know the team, but you can't help but get to know and love them. Michelle, Harvey, Shamikis & Willie - y'all are *the* best. Thanks for all that you do and for how many times I've run up there with a printing or shipping "emergency" that you've handled quickly and with ease and a smile!
If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve had two instances where this location, and Fedex in general, messed up pickup and delivery for critical packages. The first time I went, I tried asking the employee some questions as I wasn’t sure what the drop off process was (I had never dropped off a package at fedex before), and the employee was really rude and dismissed me right away, the package wasn’t picked up and didn’t get delivered in time. The second time, fedex lost my package entirely and couldn’t tell me where it was even though I have a tracking number. Calling their 1-800 number doesn’t get me anywhere either. The recipient I’m dealing with uses fedex giving me no option but to use them. They’re the worst, and I’d strongly recommend using another shipping provider.
