  I stop by this Fedex location almost everyday to ship out and this has got to be the friendliest location! It is not a speedy process since information needs to be entered, weighed, packaged, etc. so I appreciate everyone's patience working with me on all my shipments. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Kudos and extra points for this team as they also have to deal with the wild and rude people that enter this space. One time as I was going in, there was a guy peeing in the corner near the lift gate. Why? Have no clue, but no one deserves to clean or deal with this type of mess.

  Josh W. at the River North location is always incredibly helpful and has such a great attitude. He always takes the time to find the best way to ship anything, both rate-wise and packaging-wise, and pays attention to every detail. I’ve been coming to this location for a while and have never had an issue with an incorrect address or a package not arriving where it was supposed to. The entire office team is also always friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice to work with. Five stars very much deserved. Appreciate Josh W and the whole team!
