  Why is that older woman, Hillary so rude? This is the second time I’ve been here and the second time that she’s helped me and the second time she’s been pissed off about something . She acts like you’re inconveniencing her by showing up and is so curt. I asked her her name and she was even rude about that and asked me my name, knowing that I was going to use her name in a complaint.
