  Do not have packages shipped to this FedEx location unless you’re prepared to pay undisclosed fees to retrieve them. I ordered a package through Amazon and had it shipped to the Sheraton hotel. The hotel accepted the delivery, but FedEx has an arrangement where packages are transferred from hotel reception to this FedEx location for pickup. The problem is that customers are then charged additional fees that are not disclosed on the FedEx website, were unknown to Amazon, and are outside the hotel’s control. When I tried to discuss the issue respectfully with staff and the store manager, I was met with poor customer service and a complete lack of empathy. Rather than trying to help resolve the situation, the manager dismissed the concern entirely. Multiple hotel employees told me they regularly hear complaints about this location and its management. This is not about the $10 fee. It’s about a business practice that lacks transparency and customer service that falls far below reasonable expectations. I have filed complaints with FedEx Corporate, the district manager, and the hotel, and I will also be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This entire situation could have been avoided with clear disclosure and a little consideration for customers. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it.

  Very rude stuff and unethical policies. I shipped something to the hotel and FedEx intercepted it held it hostage and exchange for a charge that is not consent to and was not communicated but worst of all the location. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and unreasonable to deal with. If you’re a guest do not ship to the hotel unless you’re aware that they will be charging your fees and do not ship from this location as they are a scam.

  Polite and efficient, but charged $4 to drop off a prepaid FedEx box. Other locations provide that service free of charge.
