I had an unsatisfactory experience with one of your employees this morning. Around 9:50 AM today, June 2nd, 2026, the sole female employee working exhibited a very rude and unhelpful attitude. She seemed annoyed when approached for assistance with basic printing tasks by several customers, and her overall demeanor created a really negative atmosphere that impacted our visit.

Highly unprofessional, my package was opened and the items were stolen, I’m sick of tired of this nonsense from them, I’m going to seek legal action, highly unacceptable!!!!

Our delivery driver treats our doorbell like a car horn and really lays it on, it's very disrespectful. My boyfriend and I work from home and are always there, this causes an unnecessary and very rude interruption when a single tap of the doorbell would suffice. If your delivery guy's having trouble getting into the foyer, then you should ask the building association for a key. That ungodly loud noise is a day-ruiner and interrupts professional work.
