Krystal at this location is so incredibly friendly and helpful! She made quick work of a really annoying project of mine, she really saved the day.

Michelle, the manager at this location is absolute horrible with working with. I brought a package in to return and she was disrespectful from the moment I walked in, asking for assistance to help me package, my package and print a label.

Most of the staff is just ok but there is this skinny long hair guy who is just awful. I see in the comments others have encountered him too I cant believe he hasn't been fired yet. This guy with the long hair is beyond rude for no reason at all very verbally abusive and short tempered when asked any questions to place an order. They need to get him out of there he is a complete hot head. Awful customer experience.

Multiple printer stations were easy to use. Space was clean. Checking out at the counter a little slow, but not terrible.
