  Do not waste your time going here. Yes the store does everything else that a standard FedEx store does except they will charge you a hefty fee to do the same exact thing as you can do anywhere else… and be extraordinarily rude to you at the same time

  Very kind gentleman working the counter got me all set with an important express delivery with minutes to spare before pickup. Smaller location, but was exactly what I needed.

  Went to the individual kiosk where it indicated you could scan. Paid. Then found out you couldn’t scan. Went to ask a human for help. Wasn’t offered a refund. Sent to a new kiosk. Paid again. Scanner wouldn’t work. 30 minutes and $15 wasted and didn’t get the work done which was time sensitive.

  Because this is located inside of a hotel you will pay a minimum of a $10 drop off fee even for packages with pre paid shipping.
