  Came in for printing and the associate was very helpful! Got in and out in just a few minutes. They helped me out when the self service kiosk was running slow and I really appreciated it

  wanted to support this business, but was turned away because I didn’t have a license to send a package. When did this become a thing? I guess I’ll just continue to take my business to the UPS store. What a total waste of my entire lunch break! YOU GUYS SUCK!

  Do not waste your time going here. Yes the store does everything else that a standard FedEx store does except they will charge you a hefty fee to do the same exact thing as you can do anywhere else… and be extraordinarily rude to you at the same time

  This office only accepts parcels for an additional fee. It is unclear why the office is accessible from the street if, according to the employees, it is for hotel guests.

  RIP OFF. There's a $10 minimum charge for pre-paid label drops offs....all because it's located within a hotel. This makes no sense. Pre-paid labels are PAID FOR already! Save your $10 and walk a few blocks West to the FedEx at the Merchandise Mart on the second floor.
