Normal store . Nothing others will do . As expensive as Dior can b , a bit more attention should b given . Other than that , an ok store .
Staff was distant and unpresent, the items were tasteless, and I had someone follow me around the entire without saying a single thing to me

How can a major brand employ staff who treat customers with disdain—simply because I am Asian? I forgot to take a photo of her name, but I noticed she appeared to be the oldest employee in the store. I spent a significant amount of money to purchase a Lady Dior bag—$5,800, which came to nearly $6,400 after tax. I specifically asked her to provide a brand-new item, yet she took the display model, boxed it up, and handed it to me. Upon inspecting it, I realized it was the display piece and requested an exchange. She went into the back room but then brought the very same bag back out; I could still see scratches on it—I suspect she had merely gone to wipe it down to make the scratches less visible. I pointed this out again and reiterated that I needed a new one. Only then did she finally tell me that this particular model was out of stock! When I told her I would choose a different model instead, she visibly scowled and displayed her annoyance right in front of me. I simply cannot accept such a contemptuous attitude. I believe the management of such a prestigious brand needs to seriously re-evaluate this sales associate's professional conduct; if she treats me this way, she will undoubtedly treat other customers the same way. The date of my purchase was March 29th, at 4:30 PM.

0 stars, I knew exactly what scarf I wanted, I came in like 20 minutes before closing and some ill mannered looking girl with the Worst aura insisted they wouldn’t sell it to me cause they were closed. ????? So Confused.. Why say you’re open online and then turn people away? JUST SAY online you’re not open. And I’ve come here like four times(all bad experiences), the worst Dior in basically the world. Every other Dior gives either lavish or “buy me” vibes, but this particular store always feels cold and unwelcoming, and the atmosphere feels like I’m a schoolchild getting reprimanded (like im not supposed to be there). Idk about other experiences but on Every occasion, different employee, Something goes wrong. So now I’m just assuming this is a bad location.

Worst customer service… waited more than 30 mins. Store was literally empty, may be 5 customers at the max and they kept saying no one is available to help. How about hiring more people or try helping more than 1 customer at a time??
Don’t waste your time, you might be better going to Hermes or Chanel for better experience.
